This project presented us with 2 main challenges; phasing and restricted delivery access and times.The project was a 3 story extension on top of an existing 4 story high building in Brixton.
We had numerous planning/ phase meetings with our client to ensure that the contract was phased and delivered in a very specific manner to cater for the restricted access route and off loading area including out of hours loading times.
